He specializes in investment sales, land acquisition/disposition, and industrial sales/leasing. He also has a background in several local mixed-use developments including Heritage Crossing, Baringer Park and Harveston. With more than 12 years of industry experience, Michael’s knowledge and access to such a wide array of deals provides crucial insight into real-time market changes as well as supply gaps and imbalances that provide value for developers, tenants and investors. Before joining CBRE, Michael was an Associate Broker at NAI Latter & Blum.
