Michael Bruce

Michael qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1995. He is an RICS registered valuer and a director of DLP Surveyors. He has over twenty four years experience in the south Wales commercial property market. Michael studied Urban Estate Management at the University Of Glamorgan (now USW). Upon graduation Michael was initially employed by Cooke & Arkwright for 6 years prior to joining Chesterton / BNP Paribas Real Estate as an Associate. After 10 years service Michael subsequently joined DLP Surveyors as a Director to lead the Commercial Agency Department. Michael has extensive property experience in the south Wales region and provides disposal and acquisition advice to a wide range of national and local clients. He specialises in the sale, leasing and acquisition of a variety of commercial buildings and land for occupiers, private property owners, property companies and investment funds.
