Michael Breiner

Mr. Breiner has handled acquisitions, dispositions, property financings and asset manager duties. Currently he is overseeing multiple asset managers and portfolios and providing direction and guidance in all areas related to asset management and acquisitions. He holds a BA in Economics from Colorado College and an MS in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver. Prior to Monarch, he was an active duty Army officer, a small business owner, and a multifamily property manager for several communities. His commercial real estate experience also consists of eight years as a Monarch asset manager in the Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Colorado markets as well as two and a half years as an analyst focusing on acquisitions, financing, and operations in the Ohio and New Mexico markets.
