Michael Blount
President of Keystone
Michael Blount joined Keystone Corporation in 2007 as Development Manager for Keystone’s residential and commercial portfolio, and now serves as its President. Michael has over 14 years of experience in project management and development of commercial and residential real estate. He has managed the development and construction of a variety of project types, including Class ‘A’ office, flex, industrial, lab, R&D, residential subdivisions, and single family homes. Prior to joining Keystone Corporation, Michael was employed by Taylor & McChensey in Winston-Salem, NC. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2004 and his Masters in Business Administration in 2015 from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Blount is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and licensed general contractor. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Raleigh Durham Chapter, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
