Michael has a thorough understanding of retail properties and is skilled at attracting the right tenant mix. He has the strategic expertise to lease and manage a wide range of assets, including freestanding buildings, outparcels, condominiums, mixed-use developments, and shopping center portfolios. Prior to joining Katz, Michael worked at Lee & Associates. He was previously a retail and office leasing executive at DWNTWN Realty Advisors where he applied his past experience in retail leasing to provide a high level of transactional and advisory services to tenants and landlords.
