Michael is responsible for property and portfolio-level financial analysis, underwriting, and reporting as well as commercial asset management functions such as lease negotiations, budgeting, and lease administration. Prior to joining Taconic in 2021, Michael served as an Associate at Capstone Realty Group. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in Business & Hotel Administration at Cornell University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development at Columbia University.
