In his first two years in commercial real estate, Micah has demonstrated remarkable proficiency, successfully closing over $42M+ in real estate transactions. His expertise spans landlord and tenant representation, as well as acquisition and disposition, with a primary focus on the industrial and flex asset classes. A native of Greenville, SC, Micah graduated from Clemson University, and his professional journey began with two years in sales and account management at OOBE. In August 2021, he transitioned to Lee & Associates, initially joining as a Research Analyst. During his first year, Micah underwent comprehensive training under the guidance of Randall Bentley, SIOR, CCIM, gaining valuable insights into the Upstate industrial market. In January 2023, Micah officially joined the industrial team alongside Randall, Kevin and Justin Bentley. Beyond his professional pursuits, Micah finds joy in activities such as running, playing basketball, and occasionally participating in triathlons. Alongside his wife, Audrey, Micah cherishes spending quality time with friends and their two daughters.
