
Micah McCullough, CCIM, SIOR is President & CEO of NAI UCR Properties and brings more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, management, and investment. He entered the industry in 2008 during the global financial crisis, building his foundation managing distressed assets, leasing challenged properties, and helping owners reposition value-add real estate. Over his career, Micah has played a key role in growing NAI UCR Properties into a leading commercial real estate services platform consisting of a 1.5M SF portfolio and value of $95M in assets under management. His experience spans landlord and tenant representation, owner-user transactions, surplus asset disposition, site selection and investment sales. He specializes in crafting creative solutions for complex problems across industrial, office and retail assets. To date, he has participated in over 600+ commercial real estate sales and leases with a transaction value in excess of $350 million. Micah has been involved in numerous commercial real estate investment syndications, partnerships and funds, where he is actively engaged in underwriting, capital structuring and asset management. He is one of only a small number of professionals in Mississippi to hold both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designations—credentials earned by fewer than one percent of commercial real estate practitioners worldwide. Outside the office, Micah enjoys SEC football, playing golf, traveling, and exploring new experiences. He credits his creative and action-oriented wife, Meredith, and their two sons, Alden (7) and Conley (5), for keeping him inspired, grounded, and motivated every day.
