Merry Pena

Merry was born in Massachusetts and migrated to Florida in 1984. By 2005 Merry found her place on the Treasure Coast of Florida. She attended Nova University receiving her Masters in Business & Accounting. Merry has 26 years of experience in the commercial real estate world. She is an expert in writing and reading leases and amendments. She can handle anything to do in with the lease language such as reconciliation, back into critical dates and so much more. Merry is a member of the National Retail Tenant Association as well as the Stuart/Martin Chamber of Commerce.
