Brokerage - full range of commercial brokerage services as a listing and a buyer’s broker including all aspects of the transaction from the site selection through the closing. Construction – full range of residential and commercial construction activities including single family; multi-family; office; office warehouse; and school uses. Consultation - full range of services for clients including investment opportunities, loans, easement management for utility districts, homeowner associations, business consultation and trial testimony as an expert witness. Asset/Property Management - full range of management services including acquisitions, marketing, sales, leasing, development, construction, maintenance, environmental and governmental/utility district/property owners association relations. Due Diligence - full range of research and analysis for any type of real estate, business or loan acquisition which is being considered by our clients. MUD Reimbursables - We have negotiated millions of dollars in Municipal Utility District reimbursables for our clients. This includes negotiating development financing agreements, researching and assembling the appropriate documentation necessary for the MUD’s audit, helping obtain bond approvals and the timing of such reimbursements.
