Before starting Casals, Mercy launched her professional career in business management and marketing for several major US corporations over 25 years ago. She has a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University and a MS in Marketing from Northwestern University. Mercy also serves as one of 28 members of Zillow’s Premier Agent Advisory Board. Mercy, a proud Puerto Rican, is an enthusiastic traveler and foodie, embracing the rich cultural experiences both in her travels and culinary explorations. She and her husband have been married for 28 years and have two children, Brandon and Britton.
