Specialty is residential and commercial investment property, but also experienced with land development, retail and office sales and rentals. Recently leased and supervised the conversion of a 14,000 sq ft warehouse into Balto County's first modern dog training facility in over 45 years. Melvin also has extensive construction experience and experience with Historic tax credit restoration. Active in some international markets such as Belize C.A. Very involved civically and socially. Representing the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, He negotiated the Maryland landlord tenant lead paint legislation for over twelve years.
