Melissa Sweeney

Melissa joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2010. In her current role of Leasing Manager, her primary focus is leasing the Maryland retail portfolio. She is responsible for over 1.3 million square feet of retail and office leasing. Melissa’s leasing experience includes Landlord representation of transactions with local, regional, and national tenants. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington. She is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP.
