Melissa started in the commercial real estate industry in 2005 working alongside some of the top earners in the industry. Through her years of experience, Melissa has gained a firm grasp of the inner workings of real estate transactions as well as maintaining client relationships. Since joining Cushman and Wakefield in 2010 and becoming a licensed real estate professional, Melissa has been involved in numerous significant projects totaling over 10,000,000 square feet and has maintained excellent working relationships with clients to enhance their overall satisfaction. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Melissa worked as a paralegal, providing her with a strong knowledge of contracts and lease documents which has helped her to effectively negotiate contracts and gives her a competitive edge in the industry.
