Melissa Naeder

Melissa Naeder joined Sabre in 2012 as Director bringing her expertise in landlord and tenant representation. Prior to Sabre, Melissa spent 5 years at Commercial Retail Associates as Director of Leasing working with tenants such as Sears/Kmart, Five Guys, Denny's and Sarku Japan. She began her career in real estate with Sutton & Edwards, now Colliers International. Ms. Naeder holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from C.W. Post. Melissa currently is working on the Long Island expansion of national retailers such as Pet Valu, AT&T, Blink Fitness and Starbucks Coffee.
