Melissa Montiel

A Philadelphia resident for over 20 years, Melissa brings a unique perspective to MPN. She attended the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and UPenn, and for the past decade has run two successful tattoo studios with her husband. As a small business owner, she understands firsthand the importance of commercial real estate in supporting business growth and neighborhood development. Based in Passyunk Square with her husband and senior dog, Melissa enjoys strength training, art & photography, cooking and watching the Eagles.
