Melissa Hegemeyer

Melissa Hegemeyer, Broker-Owner of Hegemeyer Realty & Associates, is a fifth generation resident of Waller County. Melissa’s love for real estate began at an early age since she would frequently visit her grandma at her real estate office in Waller, Texas. Grandma Crews continued her career in real estate into her 80’s and has always served as an inspiration to Melissa to continue growing and never stop learning. Beginning her real estate career in 2013, Melissa quickly established herself as a powerhouse agent, proving her expertise and knowledge of the local market area to be an invaluable asset to each and every one of her clients. Melissa is also an active volunteer, member, and supporter of numerous local organizations including: Hempstead Commerce and Civic Association, Waller County Economic Development Partnership, Waller Area Chamber of Commerce, and The Waller County Fair and Rodeo Association. In addition to her community involvement, Melissa enjoys hosting events at her office to benefit local families such as her Annual Breakfast at Santa’s Workshop and Once Upon A Valentine - Story Time. These events are free for the community and offer an opportunity for children and their families to experience a literature-rich environment where a love for reading could be fostered at an early age. When Melissa is not busy serving her clients and her community, she enjoys taking her whole family, including her four grandbabies on camping trips. Some of their favorite parks include Yogi Bear Park, Lake Somerville State Park, Wolf Creek Park, and Garner State Park.
