As an Arizona native, I worked my way from Office Manager to a Project Manager for an Environmental firm, in charge of a large ($8-10 million) mining environmental impact study working directly with USDA. Since moving to South Carolina, I entered the commercial and residential construction industry. Now I use all of my previous experience to help clients find the best property for their needs. I have worked with a lot of first time buyers and investment/rehab properties. I am also married to a Veteran (Naval Nuclear Submariner), so I am familiar with Military family needs and various loan programs.
