Melinda Namath

The world opened its door to Hungarian native Melinda Namath when she was granted a full scholarship by the Hungarian National Bank at the age of eighteen. She graduated from Academy of Finance of Moscow with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1990. She majored in finance, international business and entrepreneurial management. Ms. Namath has completed many rental and sales deals and received a million dollar club award in her first year ( 1998) as a real estate agent. She spent two years in commercial real estate working with multifamily townhouse, taxpayer and investment properties, and hotel and development properties and completing sales deals within the hotel industry in NY State. Ms. Namath has proven extensive rentals and marketing skills, working for The Chocolate Factory Lofts a new 132 units loft conversion building in Brooklyn for three years as Director of Leasing and Marketing . Her sales and marketing skills improved tremendously at William B. May and CENTURY 21 NY Metro as Director of the International Division, leading all international Sales and Marketing related activities and operations. She has also been responsible for planning, marketing and coordinating various types of sales seminars and workshops. Ms. Namath has joined Ocean Sand Development LLC as a Director of Sales and Marketing in 2007. Her multifold experiences in sales and marketing, contract negotiations, property acquisition, strategic analysis, orchestrating successful implementations and her exposure to high profile clients indeed make her an asset to the team. She has supervised and coordinated the sales of a $300 Mill project in Dominican Republic (www.MiracleMileDR.com) for three years. To increase sales Ms. Namath established offices and trained her international sales team in more than six countries in 2009. Ms. Namath brings to every real estate transaction she works on the determination to win, hard work to succeed and the confidence that comes from 20 years of experience in the field. She has been involved in the sale of residential and commercial condos, coops, townhouses, land, development sites/ projects and hotels worldwide. Ms. Namath is the CEO of Terra Firma Realty Inc., commercial brokerage firm that helps clients to make informed decisions about financing, market values and any other issues about a real estate transaction world-wide. From tracking real estate trends to evaluating income property, she gives personal service that exceeds expectations. For the last 3 years her sole focus has been on sale of NNN lease opportunities and investments working for a foreign investment fund .
