Melanie Zaharias

Melanie started her career as a paralegal in the mortgage industry; however, she found that she had a passion for working with home buyers and sellers and obtained her NH Realtor license in 2001 and has been working as a full time agent since 2003. ? In 2015, Melanie obtained her NH Broker's license and opened Zaharias Real Estate, LLC, as an independently owned and operated real estate firm, which is currently located on the oval in Milford, NH. Due to client demand, Melanie elected to obtain her MA Broker license in 2018 and is now licensed in both the State of New Hampshire as well as Massachusetts. She has a strong knowledge of the local real estate market as she has been a southern New Hampshire resident her entire life and has resided in Milford for nearly 20 years.
