Mel Zelenak

Mel Zelenak is the President of Maly Commercial Realty. Mel specializes in new development and relocation for commercial clients around Mid Missouri. Prior to joining Maly in 2005, Mel worked in the property management sector of the industry and specialized in student housing management. In his current position, Mr. Zelenak’s primary focus is on new development and relocation’s where he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Mr. Zelenak can assist you with the execution of your transaction from beginning to end, providing sound investment advice and market knowledge as well as expertise in land, office, warehouse and retail sales and leasing. Mel is a University of Missouri graduate and sits on the University of Missouri’s Finance Advisory Board. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He is passionate about the local Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid Missouri organization, Mizzou athletics, and is a big “foodie.”
