Meghan Murray

Meghan Murray is an Vice President with JLL’s DC Agency Leasing team focused exclusively on DC’s downtown office market. Meghan and her team are responsible for the leasing and marketing of an agency portfolio currently totalling approximately 19 million square feet of DC office buildings. Her primary responsibilities include lease analysis, market assessments, competitive evaluations, marketing strategy and client relations Prior to joining the JLL Leasing team in April 2022, Meghan worked on CBRE’s Agency Leasing team in Suburban Maryland. Meghan also spent time as an intern with JBG Smith’s Leasing and Asset Management team during the Summer of 2019. She is extremely involved in the DC real estate community and is consistently growing relationships with young brokers, helping her gain important market knowledge. Meghan attended the Selinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland with a concentration in Business Marketing.
