Meghan Carroll specializes in assisting her clients with the disposition and acquisitions of single tenant net lease retail assets, with a strong focus on Dollar Stores. She utilizes her real estate investment knowledge to cultivate long-standing relationships with the industry’s leading private clients, developers, private equity firms, and REITs. Meghan’s work ethic, track record, and ability to execute has led to an expansive client network consisting of the most active developers, institutions, operators, and private investors from across the United States. Prior to joining Matthews™, Meghan worked in the Estates, Appraisals, and Valuations department at Christie’s Auction House in Rockefeller Center New York. Meghan then worked for Modern Luxury, a lifestyle magazine, focusing on Dallas and Houston accounts.
