As a Director within the Canada ICI Toronto office Megan brings the expertise to work alongside clients and lenders to underwrite, structure, and fund commercial mortgages. Megan has performed various roles in the real estate lending sector over the past 15+ years and is well positioned to execute on numerous debt capital transactions through the utilization of her well rounded background. Prior to joining Canada ICI Capital in 2019, Megan adjudicated CMHC loans and structured conventional and more complex transactions for larger institutional clients, leveraging experience from previous positions with major MIC and CMBS lenders. Through close working relationships, Megan will ensure a smooth transaction while defending the interests of her clients.
