In 2021, Meaghan joined Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier, & Derek Bornhorst, the exclusive Industrial Team in Southwest Florida. Meaghan will be focusing on industrial properties. She will handle a unique blend of local and national Landlord assignments, Tenant / Buyer representation roles, development / planning, and leased investment sales. Prior to joining our office, Meaghan worked at Palm Paradise Real Estate. Meaghan will focus on Industrial real estate located in Southwest Florida including Lee, Collier, & Charlotte Counties. She is committed to building long-lasting relationships with her clients. She focuses on growth and profitability with every transaction.
