Maxx Rochlin

Growing up in and around the real estate business, Maxx joined The Rochlin Organization full time in 2016. Maxx’s focus is establishing and maintaining contractual relationships for the company as he services many of the company’s agency assignments. Maxx’s keen understanding of the valuation software Argus makes Maxx a valuable resource for the company. Maxx provides the financial modeling and analysis for many of the firm’s Investment Sale offerings and helps coordinate a team approach on the firm’s agency assignments. Prior to joining The Rochlin Organization, Maxx attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he studied business and mathematics. Maxx, a resident of Melville, is one of the youngest members of the Commercial Industrial Broker’s Society and is known as an emerging star within the industry.
