Maxime has over 10 years of advisory experience, having worked in commercial real estate consulting specializing in shopping centre, office tower, industrial property and investment transactions. He is a well-connected and highly respected industry expert with strong relationships spanning institutional and private clients including REITs, pension funds, as well as private and foreign investors. Maxime holds a Bachelor in business administration specializing in finance and a certificate in real estate from Université du Québec à Montreal. Maxime then specialized in market finance at HEC Montreal while pursuing a master's degree. He is a Chartered Appraiser, recognized by l'Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec.
