Max Zarin

Max’s focus has been collaborating with a diverse range of private, public, and non-profit partners to bring complex projects to fruition, including rehabilitation projects like BEC II and multi-phase new construction projects like The Peninsula and the Greenpoint Hospital redevelopment. Max’s goal is to leverage his economic development experience to create housing that meets the needs of all New Yorkers and enriches New York neighborhoods. Max holds his Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University and his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School. Max currently serves on the Junior Board of Project Renewal, one of New York’s largest providers of housing and services for people experiencing homelessness.
