Max Silver

As Vice President at Metro Commercial, Max specializes in tenant and landlord representation. His active retail clients include Celebree School, Regis Corp., Take5 Oil Change, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. In addition, Max represents numerous owners on a project leasing and sales basis. His active owner clients include Kimco Realty Corporation, Sun Equity Partners, Onyx Equities, St. John Properties, National Retail Properties and numerous other developers/owners. Max has been a member of the Metro team since 2014 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of Amherst College and The Haverford School.
