Max brings over 15 years’ real estate experience, specializing in retail and industrial properties as well as Gas Station/Convenience Store management and operations. Max is licensed in Florida and Colorado and has a deep background in executing strategic deals for unique asset types. In Florida, Max acquired distressed gas stations and optimized them operationally to prepare for sale. After five years of focusing on these specialty retail properties, he worked as a real estate paralegal for a transactional law firm, which gave him a keen understanding of closings, leases, and document preparation. In Colorado, Max focuses on identifying cannabis properties and businesses for clients. With a broad entrepreneurial background in management, consulting, and compliance, he offers a wide range of services and resources throughout the leasing process. Max’s experience allows him to assist tenants of all facets and provide support to their business as if it were his own. Max believes patience, perseverance and persistence is what it takes to succeed in tenant representation and finds solutions outside of typical negotiating to get to the finish line. Max holds a B.A. in International Affairs from Florida State University.
