Max Rosin

Mr. Rosin has owned and operated Rosin & Associates since its founding in 1989. He has extensive experience in real estate, including appraisal, distressed properties and workouts, feasibility study development, portfolio acquisition, real estate tax certiorari issues, and expert witness services. In 1996, Mr. Rosin developed and ran a significant contract underwriting firm for CMBS origination and B-Piece due diligence support. Chants include Lehman Brothers, Eurohypo, UBS, Deutsche Bank, CSFB, Artesia Mortgage, Allied (CW Capital). Scope of underwriting services is nationwide. Annual transaction volumes have averaged ±150 loans each year since 1996. Mr. Rosin's education includes a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Organization and Management (MBA), 1985. His undergraduate education was completed at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, 1978. Prior to founding R&A, Mr. Rosin worked as Staff Appraiser at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Research Engineer at McGill University. He is a New York State Certified General R.E.
