Max Planning

Max Planning joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as an associate for the asset services group in the Washington, DC, office. Mr. Planning focuses on providing owners and developers with expertise in financial analysis, market evaluation and portfolio management. His responsibilities include evaluating market conditions, property marketing and tracking prospective tenants in the market. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Planning worked as a research associate in the Denver office of Savills. In his role, he managed all market and trend analysis for the Denver office market. He was responsible for managing a database of commercial real estate properties and producing the Denver area’s quarterly reports. Prior to Savills Studley, Mr. Planning held internships with DTZ’s (now Cushman & Wakefield’s) Sustainability Services Team in Washington, DC, and JLL’s Agency Leasing Team in Denver, Colorado.
