Max Kelly

Max Kelly joined Avison Young's Sacramento office in August 2019. Max specializes in Tenant/Landlord representation for both Industrial and Office properties. Prior to joining Avison Young, Max attended Seattle University and graduated with a degree in Marketing. While in Seattle, was an industrial broker at Cushman and Wakefield. During his time in the Northwest, Max represented both institutional and local landlords as well as credit and local Seattle tenants in a highly competitive and tight market. His experiences in Seattle led him to learn about the value of market data and analytics, which gave his team an advantage in negotiations in a competitive market. With his move to Sacramento, Max will use his training in Seattle to aid industrial and office tenants in securing the most optimal spaces that fit their needs. Max prides his work on honesty, integrity, and thoroughness. To Max, each transaction is an opportunity to better himself and to become the best broker possible. In his spare time, Max likes to golf, attend Sacramento Kings' games, and travel the country with both friends and family.
