As a member of the Industrial Team, Max collaborates with national, regional and local clients to develop and execute real estate strategies that support their business goals, maximize efficiencies, and increase profitability. He specializes in market research, site selection of both on and off market properties, aquisitions, advanced lease negotiations, dispositions, tenant representation and landlord representation. Max’s area of expertise is primarly the Atlanta industrial market. Max provides his clients the ability to make informed real estate decisions by offering market research, strategy development, financial analysis and customer service. Transaction history includes build to suits, leasing, sales and portfolio management. Prior to Colliers International, Max worked in the customer service industry. From there, he moved his career to the non-profit sector to focus on business development and lobbying in Georgia and the Caribbean for the Special Olympics.
