Max Eaton is an associate broker in Northmarq’s Charlotte office. He advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of net leased car washes, gas stations and other automotive retail properties nationwide, with a particular emphasis on structuring and executing sale-leaseback transactions. Prior to joining Northmarq, Max worked as an investment sales advisor with Sands Investment Group in their Charlotte office. During his tenure, he played a key role in establishing the Charlotte office's car wash team in 2023. The team's primary focus was advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of net leased car washes, structuring M&A deals and facilitating sale-leaseback transactions. Max is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He graduated from The University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in finance, along with a minor in business data analytics.
