Mauricio has been involved in Real Estate development since 2001. Between 2001 and 2019 developed and managed over two million square feet of industrial buildings and several thousand residential lots. In 2009 founded GBP Properties, focused on real estate investments in the U.S. Since 2019 Mauricio lead the acquisition of over $450 million dollars in properties in five U.S. states.
