Maureen has over 16 years’ experience with CBRE, and specializes in the suburban markets preleasing projects, working with owner-users, selling investment properties, and re-purposing real estate. In the past 2 years, Maureen has sold over $100 million of commercial real estate in the Fraser Valley alone. Maureen is a strategist and long term thinker, coming up with solutions before they’re evident and uncovering hidden opportunities. She is a creative and out of the box thinker, who takes a long term look at real estate for her clients. She works alongside Romy Van der Merwe and together they provide a full spectrum of commercial real estate services and pride themselves on their territory knowledge, attention to detail and adding value for their clients.
