Matthew Wideman

Matt Wideman serves as a Managing Director for Berkadia’s Investment Sales platform out of Dallas, TX. Prior to joining Berkadia, Matt was a part of Newmark Dallas’s investment brokerage team, where he was involved in all aspects of client development, marketing, research, valuation, and sales. The team exclusively focused on the secondary markets of North Texas and ranked as the top-producing team in this space. Matt attended Southern Methodist University, where he was ESPN Magazine’s Academic All-America University Division I Player of the Year for the men’s soccer team.
