Matthew Ward

Matt is a Managing Principal of Cresa and serves as Co-Chair of the Strategic Leadership Council. He is involved in the operation of the Washington DC Metropolitan offices, as he continues to foster new relationships with different corporate users and provide strategic and consultative advice on business and real estate matters. Matt has dedicated himself to working with the younger hires in the organization to share his knowledge and experience. Prior to joining Cresa, Matt spent nearly 12 years at Studley as a Corporate Managing Director and had also been the owner of two real estate finance companies. This has allowed him to draw upon prior experiences to provide his clients with a unique perspective to optimize and enhance the value of their real estate holdings through well thought out solutions.
