Matthew Starr, SIOR, CCIM

Mr. Starr serves as a Principal of the Office Services Group, specializing in landlord and tenant representation as well as buyer and seller representation in investment and owner/user transactions. He is responsible for coordinated landlord leasing services, seller disposition and a strategic space procurement process for tenants and buyers. Mr. Starr’s experience includes involvement in lease transactions worth more than $250 million of lease consideration and totaling in excess of 2,000,000 square feet. He has also participated in office and land sales transactions worth more than $250 million.
