Matthew Spector is a coastal Orange County native with a passion for retail real estate, bringing a sharp eye for opportunity and a genuine interest in how people and places connect. He focuses on both landlord and tenant representation across Southern California, approaching each project with curiosity, energy, and a practical understanding of the market. Matthew is hands on in the field walking properties, asking the right questions, and uncovering what makes a space work for the long term. With a strong foundation in relationship building and a drive to add value, he’s excited to grow with the SRA team. When he’s not working out of the Newport Beach office, Matthew enjoys the beach, golfing, and spending time with his family.
