Matthew Sigman

Matthew graduated with a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University in May 2013, and previously worked at Orley & Associates, which is engaged in the acquisitions of distressed commercial real estate debt across the U.S. Prior, He was an intricate member of Roseland Property Companys finance team. Matthew received his undergraduate degree in finance and management from Tulane Universitys A.B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans, LA. Matthew is a brother of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity and a member of the Urban Land Institute. In having such a strong father-son relationship, Matthew has shadowed Marshall on all day-to-day activities seeking to learn as much as possible of the ins and outs of real estate.
