Matthew Siegel

Matthew Siegel serves as Executive Vice President in Southern California. He brings with him 9 years of industry experience. Matthew focuses on representing both tenants and landlords. Prior to joining JLL, Matthew served as director at Newmark working in both the Los Angeles and New York City market. On the Tenant side, Matthew has most recently represented GumGum, XX Artists, Jonathan Simkhai, Verishop, Oscar Insurance, Scoot Education, and Wondermind. On the Landlord side, Matthew has represented Prudential Global Investment Management, Related Companies, L&L Holdings, Jamestown, and Waterman Interests. Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
