Matthew Rothstein

Matt Rothstein is the Broker and Owner of Pretium Commercial Brokerage. A native of South Florida, Matt has spent over ten years working in the commercial real estate industry. He most recently worked as a broker at CBRE, the largest commercial real estate firm globally. Matt has worked on transactions with O'Reilly Auto Parts, Ashley Stewart, Family Dollar, Bravo Supermarket, Metro PCS, Ace Check Cashing, Murphy Oil, Boost Mobile, Dollar General, 7-Eleven, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Sheild. Matt is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the FlU Real Estate Alumni & Affinity Council. He obtained his BA at the University of Maryland and earned his graduate degree in real estate from Florida International University.
