He works with occupiers through strategy implementation and lease negotiations, and serves as a primary client relationship contact for national and international accounts. His responsibilities also include managing financial and non-financial analyses, preparing an array of client materials, and closely tracking market data. Matthew's expertise in lease negotiations and occupier-landlord relations, as well as his out-of-the-box approach, provide an added benefit to his clients. Previously a Sales Representative in eastern Ontario and Quebec, Matthew is an experienced tenant advocate.
