Matthew Ritchie
In 1997 Matt began investing in single family, multifamily, small commercial properties, and land. Earning his Real Estate License in 1999, Matt worked successfully as a real estate agent for three years when he decided it was time for more. Matt earned his Broker's License in 2002 and in 2003 opened Ritchie Real Estate, LLC. Today, Matt continues to run a successful real estate brokerage while he remains committed to his and his clients' real estate investments throughout the Alexandria/Pineville area, and most recently expanding his interests to the Gulf Coast.
