Matthew Reynolds

Matthew's primary focus is working with industrial occupiers across South Atlanta, specifically representing tenants and buyers along the 85 and 75 South Corridors. Prior to joining Lee and Associates as Director, Matthew worked in the Atlanta industrial market with EQT Exeter. He was directly responsible for the leasing and acquisition efforts across EQT Exeter's 18mm SF Atlanta portfolio, consisting of more than 150 tenants. Matthew is an Atlanta native and lives in Brookhaven with his wife, Catie.
