Matthew Raitz

Matthew J. Raitz, Principal of Glassover & Raitz, LLC, oversees the day to day operations of the Company and is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the Company’s marketing platform. Mr. Raitz has been involved in approximately $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions and development projects, and has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and marketing. Mr. Raitz is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business and was a member of the men's golf team. Mr Raitz is an eight-time recipient of CoStar's Power Broker Award, and currently holds active real estate brokerage licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
