Matthew Otte

Matthew Otte is a National Account Manager for Pope Corporation. He specializes in executing sale-leaseback strategies for Clean Energy developers in addition to representing owners/investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and land sites. With 20 years of commercial investment experience, Matthew's extensive market knowledge and detail-oriented approach has enabled him to achieve financially favorable outcomes for a variety of clients, from individual investors to private equity groups and major institutions. Previously, Matthew led the investments sales division at a boutique commercial real estate firm in Dallas. He began his investment sales career at Transwestern where he was exposed to all aspects of the investment cycle, from initial underwriting to deal execution. Over the course of his career, Matthew has been involved in the sourcing, underwriting, marketing, and execution of over $625 million in transaction volume across multiple asset classes. Matthew grew up in Dallas, TX and attended Texas A&M University. He currently resides in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas with his wife and two sons.
