Matthew Osiecki

Mr. Matthew Osiecki is a Vice President with CBRE, Inc. since the fall of 1999. Prior to his current tenure with CBRE, Mr. Osiecki specialized in tenant representation with a local firm, assisting an assortment of companies with their relocation process. As part of the industrial team, Mr. Osiecki focuses his efforts along the I-75 corridor as well as the East side of the Detroit marketplace. During his career, Mr. Osiecki has represented countless Fortune 500 companies including Ford Motor Company Northrup Grumman and General Motors. Matt Osiecki has successfully completed several built-to-suit transactions ranging from 20,000 square foot trucking repair facility up to a 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Mr. Osiecki’s results driven mindset has led to successfully providing his clients with strategic planning services, multi-market transactions and market analysis. A native of Northville, Michigan, Matthew attended Western Michigan University and received a Bachelor in Business Administration degree in Finance with an emphasis on real estate development. Matthew is married with two children and lives in Troy, Michigan.
